Aelita Dolukhanyan
Aelita Dolukhanyan (born in 1942) is a literary critic, doctor of philology, professor, correspondent member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, honored figure of culture, member of the Union of Writers of Armenia. From 1969-90. She was an associate professor of the Armenian Literature Chair of the Armenian State Pedagogical Institute named after Abovyan, since 1990 a professor, head of the Chair of Armenian Literature and Teaching Methodology. She is a member of the Specialized Council of the Literary Institute of the National Academy of Sciences, a member of the Management Council of the Armenian Academy of Sciences, a member of the RA President's Award Committee. Dolukhanyan's literary articles were published in Russian, French, Polish, and English. She published the 6 volumes of the "European Armenologists" series and made translations from Russian, English, French.
