How to order
Orders on the Newmag.am website are accepted through the electronic cart. To do so, click
on the Add to Cart button next to the selected product and send it to your Shopping
Cart.
Please be attentive when placing your order.
Payment
The only way to order products on our website is online.
Newmag.am has special software for online payments, which guarantees the security of
your data.
To buy online, you can choose to pay via credit card, Idram payment system or bank
transfer (Ameriabank CJSC, account number: 1570012020330100)
All payments are made in Armenian Dram.
Delivery
The books on Newmag.am are delivered worldwide. Please complete the following
information accurately.
- Buyer’s name
- Buyer’s surname
- Address: Country, region, street, city/administrative district and postal code
- Email:
- Phone:
Delivery is made within 3-5 business days after placing the order.
Sunday delivery is not available.
Returns
The book purchased on Newmag.am website may be returned if:
- You have paid for the book, but it has not been delivered yet.
- You have paid for the book, it has been delivered but you have decided to cancel it on the spot.
- You have received the book, but have not opened the protective cover (i.e. it is in polyethylene, as delivered).
Attention
- Damaged books are not refunded.
- Books with damaged protective polyethylene cover are not refunded.
- In case of receiving the book through “Haypost”, it should be returned the same way. The cost of return shipping should be borne by the buyer.
Refund
The refund of the purchased product is made within 7-10 business days. The money will be
returned to the same credit card or bank account, from which the transfer was made.
