Dmitri Trenin
Dmitri Vitalyevich Trenin, Ph.D. is the director of the Carnegie Moscow Center, a think tank and regional affiliate of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Trenin also chairs Carnegie Moscow's research council and the Foreign and Security Policy Program. Trenin is also a Senior Fellow of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in Washington, DC.
