Frédéric Encel
Frédéric Ansel (born in 1969) is a French writer and scholar in the field of geopolitics. He received his higher education and doctorate degree from the Center for Geopolitical Analysis and Research of the University of Paris. He teaches international relations and political science at the Paris Business School. He won the National Competition of Resistance and Displacement (1987) and the main prizes of the French Geographical Society (2015). In 2022, the book "Paths of Power" was published, for which the author won the main prize for the book dedicated to geopolitics.
