Yanis Yonevs
Janis Jonevs (b. 1980) is a Latvian writer and playwright. He is a master of the Latvian Academy of Culture. He is a copywriter, writes reviews and translates from French. His debut novel "Yelgava 94" was published in 2013 and won a Latvian literature award , received the annual Latvian Literary Award (2014) in Latvia This cult bestseller has been translated into 20 languages and has been made into a feature film.
