Mihran Galstyan
Mihran Galstyan (born 1958) graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy and Sociology of Yerevan State University. In 1990, he defended his PhD thesis, receiving the academic title of Candidate of Historical Sciences. Since 2015, he has been the Head of the Department of Ethno-Sociology of the Institute of Archaeology and Ethnography of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia. Since 2007, he has been teaching at the Department of Culturology of Yerevan State University. In 2016, he defended his doctoral thesis. He is the author of 6 monographs, more than five dozen scientific articles, and co-author of 3 books.
