Samvel Farmanyan
Samvel Farmanyan (born in 1978) is a candidate of historical sciences, authored scientific and journalistic articles, published the monograph "The Japanese Miracle and the Japanese" in 2012. He was a deputy of the 6th and 7th convocations of the National Assembly. 2008-2010 was the press secretary of the RA president, was present at the Armenian-Turkish negotiations.
