Serzh Sargsyan
Serzh Sargsyan (born in 1954) is the 3rd President of the Republic of Armenia, the 11th and 15th Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia. Graduated from YSU Faculty of Philology, served in the armed forces of the USSR. Received the title of Hero of Artsakh, RA "Combat Cross" first degree, "Tigran the Great" and "Golden Eagle" orders, other state awards. He is the chairman of the Yerevan State University Council and the Armenian Chess Federation. He has been a member of the Republican Party of Armenia since 2006, and from July 2006 to November 2007, he was the chairman of the party council. In 2007, he was elected the president of RPA.
