Vladislav Gasumyanov
Vladislav Gasumyanov is a doctor of economics, professor, head of the chair of MHMPI, director of the National Research Institute of Communications Development of the Russian Federation, major general of the reserve army. For more than 40 years, he has been dealing with practical issues of peace, security, international and interstate communications, cultural and humanitarian ties. He was awarded the Order of Honor, Order of Friendship, the medal of the 2nd degree "For Services to the Motherland", the orders of the Russian Orthodox Church and foreign orders. Married, has two children.
