This year, Newmag will hold its winter festival on February 10, at Dvin Music Hall. In one day, the publishing house will present 4 books: Ani Qochar's

Gohar Manukyan, the head of special projects at the publishing house, highlighted that Newmag's winter festival has attracted not only writers but also various artists. "The artworks of Nur and Tigran Tsitoghdzyan will be exhibited throughout the day, alongside panel discussions. Renowned podcaster Narek Amirkhanyan will lead a discussion on the topic of artificial intelligence with notable experts in the field. Unlike previous years, this time there will be no traditional book presentations. Instead, some authors, who also serve as coaches and mentors, will present their books in the format of TED talks."

The editor-in-chief of the Newmag publishing house spoke about four new books that will be presented at the festival. "The world now loves to read motivational, personal growth literature. For example, Ani Qochar's second book is motivational, she demonstrates with her personal experience that she did it herself, so you can do it too. Our other author is Gor Karapetyan, he meets with teenagers and young people and conducts training on leadership topics. Leading is not interesting for many people, it is interesting for him, he takes risks, and pays with his name and experience."

This time, the festival will exclusively feature books by Armenian authors. Newmag Publishing House not only publishes these books but also takes responsibility for promoting and selling them in the literary market. Gohar Manukyan provided an example of one such Armenian author. "For example, Susanna Harutyunyan's book has been translated into different languages. Thanks to international connections and work with various agencies, the Armenian author's book appeared on the international market."

As an example of the world's best bestsellers, the editor-in-chief of the publishing house mentioned the Bible or the works of Shakespeare, which are among the best-selling books of all time. "Gevorg Marzpetuni" and Dumas' books were bestsellers at the time. There have always been bestsellers, they just weren't called so. When you read Manson’s “The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck", which is one of our most-sold bestsellers, you understand that the author does not say that you should care about everything, you should find the values that you will not betray. Bestsellers are also provocative."

On January 16, along with the whole world and on the same day, Nemwag, published another global bestseller, "The Fury" by Alex Michaelides. In Armenia alone, it sold a thousand copies within the first three hours of its release.
