Hovhannes Nikoghosyan

Dr. Hovhannes Nikoghosyan is a graduate of Russian-Armenian University in Yerevan, as well as Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University in Medford, Massachusets (Tavitian Scholarship Program). In 2011 he earned a PhD degree in Political Science, and has spent a year as Visiting Scholar at Sandord School of Public Policy, Duke University in 2012-13 to continue research. In 2017-18 he served as Aide to the President of Armenia. Since 2015 he has taught at American University of Armenia.
