Mariam Gurzadyan

Mariam Gurzadyan (born in 1983) moved in 1991 to Germany, where she went to school. In 2006 she graduated from the department of German language at the faculty of Romance- Germanic philology of the Yerevan State University. Since 2012 she has been working as a German language tutor at the Language Learning Center, an official partner of the Goethe Institute. Since 2018 she is working at the Gorthe Center in Yerevan as a coordinator of cultural programs and translator. She has been doing translations since 2002. Her first book was the editing of the German translation of „David of Sassoun“.
