The television presentation of Newmag's “The Mood Elevator” book took place as part of the “Morning Show” on Armenia TV. The guidebook was presented on TV by Tatevik Nalbandyan, the editor of the Armenian edition, along with translators Anush Sedrakyan an

The book “The Mood Elevator” helps individuals change their bad moods and overcome low points. The author, Dr. Larry Senn, is internationally renowned for his motivational training programs that empower leaders to live life to the fullest.

According to Tatevik Nalbandyan, the editor of “The Mood Elevator”, the book offers very simple methods to overcome anxiety or depression. “When you are angry, tense, anxious, the author calls all of these the lower floors of the elevator. In general, the metaphor of the elevator - ups and downs - is very accurate, that is, continuous mood swings, as a result of which you lose your inner peace. Here, the author provides his unique methods to manage these emotions”.

Anush Sedrakyan, the leader of the book's translation team, suggests that when dealing with objective facts, it's possible to “press the elevator button” and go up. “For instance, when faced with the loss of one's homeland or loved ones, or when experiencing personal trauma, it may not be possible to change the emotional buttons and ascend, but you can change your ego smacks or negative thoughts”.

Gohar Gevorgyan, a member of the translation team, noted that every individual encounters psychological challenges in their life. “While translating the book, I found myself continually thinking about how useful it would be, and then I realized that I had started applying the book's methods in my own life. Indeed, when you attempt to view any situation from a different perspective, the solutions also change”.

According to the primary collaborator on the book, clinical psychologist Narine Petrosyan, the internet is currently inundated with low-quality psychological information. High-quality literature of this kind will assist people in understanding what they need to overcome similar situations. “Let's not forget that every person has a very personal problem; the book is a guide on how to overcome emotions because our thoughts arise from our emotions. Dr. Larry Senn addresses specific thoughts and how you can change them over time so that the emotion that makes us anxious or depressed can also change”.

This book provides straightforward guidance and illustrates stories to help you realize that without a mood elevator, you can't ascend to higher floors instantly unless you begin from the bottom.
