Narine Kroyan's novel "Bella Belladonna" is about Bella, a woman suffering from the feeling of loneliness. The writer, through the character, points out what you need to do when you feel alone, even when you are surrounded by people. In the novel "Bella B

According to the President of the Writers Union of Armenia Edvard Militonyan, Narine Kroyan used precise language in order to present the heavy and nightmarish atmosphere of her book "Bella Belladonna".  “It is a wonderfully written work; the writer has chosen the realistic method. She presented all the events in accurate details. In the novel she also referred to destiny, showing how Bella tries to overcome the difficult internal battles on her own, while finding a way out on a subconscious level.”

Khoren Gasparyan, a member of the Writers' Union of Armenia, was one of the first to read the book. Recognizing Kroyan's handwriting, he was convinced that it differs from her previous books. There are two layers according to him: the woman with her household issues and the intellectual person. “She introduced a woman who lives with her mother, has no job and has to solve health and social problems with her mother's pension. Bringing the details together, she gets the whole picture. She has a dream, but suffers, because the reality that she lives in does not allow her to achieve the dream. There is an impressive idea in the book. We are where our dreams are, yes, indeed, we are where our dreams are”

Writer Samvel Khalatyan, who lives and works in Vanadzor, while reading the book, noticed that Kroyan presented the novel with a new approach filled with interesting nuances. “She gave unique colors to each of her characters. As a writer Narine has depth and can express every detail with microscopic accuracy. We are constantly looking for someone in our mind, in our aspirations and thoughts, and when you open the book, you can find that “someone” in Narine’s characters.”

Narine Kroyan takes the stories of her books and the prototypes of the characters from Vanadzor, and eventually makes those topics and characters universal. The prototypes of the characters in the novel "Bella Belladonna '' are also from Vanadzor. However, the themes and issues discussed in the book are definitely universal.
