A wonderful political book with artistic motifs

The author started writing this novel in 2010 and finished 10 years later. The two main characters of the book are the unemployed Poghos and the president of the Nairi the country. It all starts when Poghos buys a “National Lottery” ticket. The award for the winner is a meeting with the president.

The novel tells about the past life of the president of Nairi, about his governence and meeting with Poghos.
