It was nice to see the Depeche Mode name in the book.

This is a semi-tragic-humorous story about a very proud and young girl who leaves her mountainous, cozy homeland in the 1990s and goes to conquer Moscow. Every outsider has her own Moscow. The Moscow of the protagonist of the novel are all the people she meets in this crazy city. These people love her, protect and accompany her along the unknown streets which are known only by locals and never by outsiders. The book is about a small part of the life of an "outsider" who may be unfamiliar to the inhabitants of big cities.
