Arpi Karapetyan is an internationally qualified HR professional (SHRM-SCP, SPHRi), an internationally qualified coach (PCC), trainer and consultant. She is the founder and CEO of Cascade People & Business (www.cascade.am), founder and president of the Armenian HR Association (www.hrcommunity.am), “zoom in!” Founder and co-author of the career orientation program (www.zoomin-now.com), which is designed to help participants recognize their own personality, identify strengths, aspirations, opportunities and create a plan of action for further development. Candidate of Social Sciences. Has about 30 years of experience in the field of Human Resources Management, 17 years of experience in HR consulting, personnel training and development, as well as HR community development, 8 years of experience in personal and group coaching. Managed more than 50 HR restructurings, more than 60 team integration programs, trained and/or certified more than 300 HR specialists, implemented more than 200 HR projects for different companies, conducted more than 4000 training and development programs, completed 2000+ hours of life, professional orientation, executive coaching and mentoring programs for different age and professional groups according to a specially developed methodology. Has been teaching in Armenia for more than 15 years and in several universities around the world.
