Gevorg Meliqyan
Gevorg Melikyan (born 1974) is an international affairs expert, candidate of political sciences. He founded the "Armenian Institute of National Resilience". He has extensive professional experience and contributions in the fields of hybrid warfare, foreign and security policy, international relations theories, and military-political alliances. He lectures at universities and think tanks. In 2018-2022, he was the Foreign Policy Advisor to the President of the Republic of Armenia. He is a laureate of international awards and has published numerous scientific articles.
