Māris Bērziņš
Māris Bērziņš (b. 1962) is a famous Latvian writer, playwright. He started writing in 2003. He gained great fame thanks to the "Gutenmorgen" collection. Since 2007, he has been a member of the Writers' Union of Latvia. He started writing novels in 2011. His work "The Taste of Lead" is the most read and discussed book in Latvia, the author's 4th novel. "The Taste of Lead" was staged at the Latvian National Theater in 2016.
