Narine Abgaryan

Narine Abgaryan (born 1971) graduated from Yerevan State Pedagogical Institute named after Bryusov (now Yerevan State University named after Bryusov). Since 1993 she has been living and working in Moscow. At the age of 40, she wrote the book “Manyunya”, which brought her recognition. With this book she became the laureate of the Russian national literary prize “Manuscript of the Year”. In 2011 she was on the list of the “Great Book” nomination. She published the book “Three Apples Fell from the Sky” in 2015. The book has been translated into more than 15 languages.
