Yevgeny Veltistov
Yevgeny Veltistov (1934-1989) was a Soviet writer and screenwriter. He graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University. He worked in the press and in the apparatus of the Central Committee of the CPSU. Veltistov was one of the founders of the famous audio magazine "Krugozor" (1963). He was a member of the USSR Writers' Union. The science fiction book "The Adventures of Electronics" was first published in 1964. In 1979, it was adapted into a three-part film. The script for the television film was written by the author of the book himself and was awarded the USSR State Prize in 1982. The musical film "The Adventures of Electronics" is a work of the Soviet and post-Soviet period.
