1. Astghik Sahakyan has been in the field of project management for 15 years.
2. In 2014, she received a PMP certification and started conducting PMP courses.
3. Graduated from Harvard Leadership Program and the Faculty of Management of the French University in Armenia.
4. She is also certified as an Agile Certified Practitioner by the Project Management Institute. Astghik is a member of the Council of the Project Management Institute, Armenia.
5. Astghik taught at the American University of Armenia for five years, then continued to teach individually, having more than 3000 students.
6. The vast majority of certified PMPs in Armenia are Astghik’s students.
7. Astghik conducts trainings for FAST Foundation, Globbing, Evocabank, Ameriabank, Inecobank, ID Bank, Idram, SoftConstruct, The Crowdfunding Formula, ClinChoice Armenia, Japan, USA, India, Central Bank, Soldier’s Home, State Revenue Committee, Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs and other organizations.
8. In the North-South Road project, she managed the procurement department and coordinated purchases with a budget of 250 million. She also managed the Armenia-Georgia bridge construction project at the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure.
9. From the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) side, she coordinates the reconstruction project of the Armenia-Iran checkpoint and has carried out project management consultancy for the Asian Development Bank for 4 years.
10. In an IT organization, she managed the project management department and introduced a flexible management approach - the Scrum framework.
