Of course, there may be some truth in those words, but they do not always take into account the characteristics of the child and yourself.
Certified sleep consultant Astghik Nadiryan tells in her book what is "normal" sleep, what can be changed, and what should be paid attention to, considering the form of parenting that you have chosen. After all, every family is unique. You are also unique, your child is unique.
Astghik Nadiryan received the certificate of a sleep specialist in 2018 from the famous American Family Sleep Institute. The author studied there and worked with Mark Weissbluth, author of the bestseller "Healthy Sleep Habits". Astghik is also the author of the first Armenian-language blog about sleep and the book "Good Night, Baby", and co-author of the Family Lab platform.
