Newmag Publishing House and the Tovmasyan Foundation have officially partnered to co-organize the 2025 Newmag Winter Fest.
This marks the second year of collaboration between the two organizations. In 2025, the festival will be held at Dvin Music Hall, combining literary, artistic, and cultural events in a dynamic celebration.
The memorandum was signed by Artak Aleksanyan, head of Newmag Publishing House, and Artak Tovmasyan, chairman of the board of trustees of the Tovmasyan Foundation. As part of the agreement, a young writers' competition will be launched during the fest. A representative from the foundation will join the competition's committee, and Newmag will donate 5% of book sales proceeds to the foundation.
This collaboration builds on the success of the joint efforts in the previous year. Together, Newmag & Tovmasyan Foundation organized not only the Winter Fest but also a literary competition dedicated to Artsakh authors. The competition culminated in the selection of Artsakh writer Hermine Avetisyan, whose book will debut at the upcoming Winter Fest.
The partnership exemplifies the shared vision of promoting Armenian literature and supporting budding talent. On February 2025, Newmag and the Tovmasyan Foundation invite everyone to join them at Dvin Music Hall for the Winter Fest and the announcement of a new competition for young Armenian writers.
