Astghik Sahakyan's perspective on the book is that it serves as a foundational resource for beginners to gain essential project management knowledge. Furthermore, seasoned professionals will uncover fresh insights and methodologies, enhancing their comprehension of the profession. The author asserts that high-level managers and entrepreneurs will benefit from valuable insights to refine their strategic endeavors and foster more effective collaboration with teams.

"Why write an Armenian book on project management?” I aimed to encapsulate a decade's worth of discussions into a written form. Armenia requires Armenian literature to democratize access to project management. While project management literature exists in various languages such as English, Chinese, Russian, Italian, and Spanish, we must have it in Armenian as well. Some questioned, "Why not write in English from the start?" However, the foremost objective behind penning this book was to create an Armenian resource”.

As per the author's perspective, project management transcends a mere professional skill; it is a fundamental life skill. Within any project, genuine teamwork flourishes under effective leadership. "Moreover, in both public and private sectors across all industries, countless projects are underway, involving individuals at every level of the organization. Hence, this knowledge is indispensable for all."

The general partner of the "Project Management" is Evoca. According to Tatevik Khachatryan, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Evoca Bank, shared that several months ago, during their collaboration on organizing Armenia's largest project management conference, Astghik mentioned that she had begun writing the book.
