Freedom Broker Armenia will once again join Newmag Winterfest, continuing the partnership that began in 2023 and strengthening its support for cultural and educational initiatives.

The investment company views its participation in the festival as part of its long-term brand strategy, contributing to the development of an environment where values, informed decision-making, and critical thinking are cultivated.

According to Arman Khachatryan, Head of Private Investments at Freedom Broker Armenia, the company’s involvement goes beyond financial services.

“We do not see ourselves solely as a financial services company. Our goal is to contribute to the development of a cultural and educational environment where values, responsible decision-making, and critical thinking are formed. Books and art are spaces where independent and thoughtful individuals grow, and without this foundation, a sustainable investment culture cannot develop.”

During the festival, Freedom Broker Armenia will host a presentation centered on a key question: how an ordinary person can develop an investment mindset in everyday life, without complex financial terminology or unrealistic promises. Festival participants will gain insights into what investing truly means, the most common mistakes made by beginner investors, and the role of education in building financial stability and long-term independence.

The company will also operate a dedicated festival booth where visitors can communicate directly with the Freedom Broker Armenia team, receive copies of the “Financier” magazine, and participate in a free introductory training course on the basics of investing.

The partnership between Newmag and Freedom Broker Armenia began during the Newmag Summer Festival 2023 and quickly expanded into a broader social initiative. On the eve of the festival, Freedom Broker Armenia joined Newmag’s book donation program, contributing 1,000 books to libraries in the Lori region, transforming the initiative into a large-scale regional cultural project.

Freedom Broker Armenia is an investment company licensed by the Central Bank of Armenia, providing clients with access to leading stock markets in Armenia, the United States, and Europe. The company operates as a full-service brokerage and investment platform, offering securities trading, fund investments, participation in IPOs, and independent trading through its proprietary digital platform.

Freedom Broker Armenia is part of the international Freedom Holding Corp., whose shares are listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange (ticker: FRHC). As of September 30, 2025, the holding company has a market capitalization of $10.54 billion and total assets of $10.3 billion. The group employs more than 10,000 professionals, operates 232 offices, and serves approximately 6.1 million users within its digital ecosystem.

Beyond business objectives, the partnership also addresses an important social challenge, reducing the spread of financial misinformation and unrealistic expectations about investments. According to the company, financial literacy is not built solely through training sessions or courses, but through continuous access to reliable and understandable information.

As part of their collaboration, Newmag Publishing House and Freedom Broker Armenia jointly publish the magazine “Financier” which presents financial markets, investments, and economic developments in Armenia in an accessible yet professional format. The magazine aims to create a trustworthy information environment where readers can better understand brokerage accounts, market mechanisms, risks, and long-term value creation.

Freedom Broker Armenia emphasizes that literature and high-quality analytical content create long-term impact. Their partnership with Newmag helps stimulate curiosity, discussion, and healthy skepticism around financial topics.

“Our expected outcome is not immediate growth in customers, but the formation of a financially conscious society. It is a more challenging path, but the only sustainable one.”
