The Armenian model of the funded pension system was developed and established over the decades, but the realities behind the dry numbers have never been disclosed. Amundi-Acba Asset Management has played a crucial role in the establishment of this system.

Nane Manukyan's book "Pensioners of the new generation" reveals the key contributors to the creation, operation, and development of the funded pension system. It uncovers the behind-the-scenes aspects of the reform, evaluates the recorded results, and outlines the outlook for the future. The author details everything from studying international experience to forming the Armenian model, developing the legislative package, negotiating with managers of internationally renowned funds, and addressing public uprisings and constitutional crises.

In addition to providing a comprehensive chronicle of the large-scale pension reform, the book poses critical questions: How, against all predictions, was Amundi—rooted in French heritage—able to succeed?

The general partner of the book is Amundi-Acba Asset Management, and it was published to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Amundi-Acba. It is available in both Armenian and English. The presentation of "Pensioners of the new generation" will take place at the jubilee event on September 25 at the Aram Khachatryan Concert Hall.
