Ahead of Women's Month, Newmag publishing house introduced Ani Qochar's second motivational autobiography, "Life on a Second Try". The book tells a touching story of starting a new life after beating an illness. During an appearance on Armenia TV’s Mornin

Editor Hasmik Simonyan emphasizes the significance of Ani's book, describing her as a courageous woman who addresses profound subjects with honesty, likening her storytelling to a miracle. "Ani fearlessly delves into intimate topics that many shy away from discussing. She explores the concept of God, echoing Pascal's belief that there is a space for God within each person. Ani's ability to bravely discuss God fills that void, offering profound insights."

The editor of the book finds it particularly significant that Ani delved into herbal medicine following her victory over cancer, a topic she extensively covers in the book. "Ani not only conquered cancer but also shares insights into various plants and remedies. I referenced Ghevond Alishan's remarkable encyclopedia of plants extensively during the process. Each chapter of the book is titled after these plants, such as dandelion, among others."

The general partner of the book is the "Armenian-American Wellness Center." Director Khachanush Hakobyan emphasizes the crucial role of literature and books in navigating through challenges and illnesses. "Facing a disease can be daunting for many individuals. During such times, stories of triumph and resilience serve as invaluable sources of inspiration. Ani's book exemplifies this beautifully. We received this book as a gift from Ani, and we offer it to individuals who may be feeling disheartened."

Khachanush Hakobyan underscores that cancer, though insidious and cruel, can be predictable to some extent. "It's vital for individuals to prioritize their health by scheduling annual check-ups with a doctor. This proactive approach not only saves money but also minimizes both psychological and physical suffering. We have twenty thousand patients who have successfully overcome the disease and are thriving. At the Armenian-American Wellness Center, we provide a supportive and welcoming environment, and many of our regular visitors can attest that a single visit to our center can be life-saving."

The author discussed the popularity of motivational books worldwide and noted the absence of similar content in Armenia that draws from personal experiences and life examples. "With extensive experience, I narrate through my journey. While autobiographical, this book isn't solely about me; it serves as a guide on restarting life from scratch, using one woman's story as an example. Despite losing my health, job, and many relationships, I demonstrate how to rediscover strength and motivation after significant setbacks, sharing my insights with those in need.

Following the release of my first book, I spent nearly a year traveling to various regions, attending different centers and libraries, and engaging in conversations with people. I'm pleased that readers grasp the book's true essence—it's not solely about overcoming oncological challenges. Whether facing other issues or complications, this book offers assistance. When a survivor shares their experience and demonstrates through their example that they've conquered adversity, it instills a sense of empowerment, prompting others to say, "If they could do it, then so can I."

Ani Qochar describes her book "Life on a Second Try" as a journey of rising from the ashes. "For those who've read my first book, they know the hardships I endured. In this book, I share how I not only survived but also rebuilt my life. I'm confident that “Life on a Second Try” will be particularly beneficial, especially for women. Through my own example, I illustrate how even when feeling weak and shattered, one must summon inner strength—it's a task only you can undertake, not even those closest to you. Since overcoming my illness, I've approached each day as if it were a precious gift from God. I strive to infuse each day with vibrancy and joy. Rebuilding my life post-illness felt like assembling a complex puzzle; it demanded resilience and unwavering faith to piece together the fragments and create a complete picture of myself. I aim to guide my readers through this process of assembling their own mosaic."

Ani Qochar emphasizes that her book "Life on a Second Try" isn't solely about illness and overcoming disease. It's a narrative crafted for those with shattered spirits, individuals who have lost hope along life's journey.
