The author presented the book "The Proactive Leader" to the readers and the participants. Why should we learn leadership and why should we be proactive in the modern world? The author cited a study by the World Economic Forum, according to which 65 percent of children entering elementary school today will be engaged in a job that does not yet exist.
With the title "We are and our mountain problems", the author showed how artificial intelligence penetrates deeper and deeper into modern human life, while in our country we face big problems related to elementary literacy. A worrying fact is recorded in the ten-year state plan for the development of RA education. More than 35% of the population of Armenia under the age of 15 have a low level of literacy, which makes them functionally illiterate. Gor Karapetyan is sure that in order to be a leader, one must first be educated. Meanwhile, the educational system of Armenia does not provide leaders. "The time has long come to change that mindset. And it should not be done by a vague "Someone", but by concrete people: ME and YOU. WE. ME. It is for that purpose that I wrote this book, I invited you here, and I am preparing to go further."
