The bank consistently supports various educational and cultural initiatives and projects within the country.
As part of the "BACK TO SCHOOL"
festival, VTB-Armenia Bank is also the partner for one of the three children’s
books featured: the Armenian-language book "The Adventures of Electronic."
This book is a translation of Evgeni Veltistov’s bestselling Soviet-era classic
"The Adventures of Electronic," and was published in Armenian for the
first time in collaboration with Newmag Publishing House and VTB-Armenia Bank.
The partnership between Newmag Publishing House and VTB-Armenia
Bank began with the publication of another children's book. To highlight the
importance of Armenian writers and the growth of Armenian-language literature,
VTB-Armenia Bank sponsored the reprinting of the illustrated book "Tsipili,
Timbaka and Laughter" by the renowned Armenian children's author and
translator Saghatel Harutyunyan. This book, a bestseller in the 1980s, was
published twice in Armenia with a total circulation of up to 30,000 copies and
in Russia with 100,000 copies.
At Newmag Winter Fest 2024, VTB-Armenia Bank also served as the
general partner for Gor Karapetyan's business book "The Proactive Leader,"
which explores leadership and success.
