Lilit Tutkhalyan

Lilit Tutkhalyan graduated from the English Language Department of the V. Bryusov Institute of Foreign Languages. In 1999–2000, she studied at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University (Boston, USA). Since 1992, she has been working at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia. From 2023 to the present, she is the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Minister of the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Armenia in Geneva. In 2004, she compiled and published the first Armenian-language Diplomatic Dictionary. In 2006, she compiled and published the first Armenian-language Political Dictionary. Tutkhalyan has translated from English into Armenian Taner Akcam's "Shameful Act", Henry Morgettau's "The Story of Ambassador Morgettau", Sargis Torosyan's "From the Dardanelles to Palestine", Vahagn Dadrian's "Turkish Main Arguments for the Denial of the Armenian Genocide", and Gevorg Bardakchyan's "Hitler and the Armenian Genocide".
