Anna Baghdasaryan

Anna Baghdasaryan graduated from the Faculty of Romance and Germanic Philology at Yerevan State University. She continued her education in France at the International Institute of Journalism (Institut Européen Journalisme), then at the Aix-Marseille University, where she received a Master’s degree in French Literature (specializing in Writing-Speech-Literary Creativity). She worked as a journalist at the Public Radio of Armenia, then as a translator-journalist at the only French-language website in Armenia. She has trained in Switzerland, Belgium, Romania, Croatia, and France. In 2017, she represented Armenia at the International Games of Francophonie (Africa) in the literature category as a young Francophone author. She conducted research at the French CIELAM literary laboratory on the topic “Ethnocultural Elements in the Translation Process”. She currently works in France as a media and communication officer and is simultaneously engaged in literary translation and creative work.
