"A Path" offers insightful glimpses into the Armenian Church through a series of brief journeys. The protagonist of this book is the reader, whom the author guides throughout, unveiling the intricacies of Church Councils, rituals, and devout customs. Delving into church culture, "A Path" dispels misconceptions and superstitions along the way.
"A Path" marks Tovmas Arakelyan's debut literary endeavor. The packed venue and the enthusiastic reception came as a delightful surprise to the author. Reflecting on the event in a Facebook post days later, he shared his impressions: "Our sold-out in half an hour proves that spirituality is fashionable, reading books is relevant (I could imagine everything, except for the huge queue of books)), and a nation with such quality still has its victorious voice to resound”.

In his address, Bishop Bagrat Galstanyan, the head of the Diocese of Tavush of the Armenian Apostolic Church, underscored the significance of the occasion as a day for personal renewal. He highlighted the role of literature and culture in elevating the spiritual essence of individuals, refining their character, and shaping a noble identity through the portrayal of truth and justice.
"I extend my heartfelt wishes to Tovmas for embarking on new paths. May this journey lead to a broad and profound understanding of Christ's truth. For us, there is no greater pursuit in life, nor a greater trial, than the quest for knowledge of our Lord's path and our identity. This book, through its intimate narratives and travels, offers a truly unique perspective. It invites readers to draw closer, to explore, to experience the essence of our Lord and His teachings. This path is open to all, offering not only knowledge but also a deeper connection with God and our church. The book's approach of teaching through travel is inherently captivating and enriching."
