Francofest2024 is packed with cultural events, featuring a diverse multi-genre concert program. French sounds will accompany you throughout the festival.

On October 12, from 12 a.m. to 10 p.m., at the Best Western Plus Congress Hotel, Armenian and French performers will showcase a concert program, accompanied by orchestral performances.

The Komitas National Quartet, one of the oldest operating quartets in the world, is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year, alongside the 155th anniversary of Komitas. One of the highlights of this jubilee year will be at Francofest, where the national quartet will perform festive chords to open the festival with "Armenian Folk Small Pieces" by Komitas and Aslamazyan.

The Armenian State Symphony Orchestra will participate in the festival for the second time. This year, the string quintet will present a unique program entitled "Aznavour Rock," featuring both symphonic and rock performances dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the great chansonnier.

Two original programs will be presented by Lilit Bleyan and French performer Ulysse Manhes. Lilit will perform seven songs about love, while Ulysse will showcase French chanson, featuring both original and cover works.

During the festival, young singers Eduard Sahakyan and Mary Ohanyan will also perform well-known French songs.
