"In 2005, businessman Emin Yeghiazaryan acquired the factory, marking a transformative moment. Recent years have seen significant growth, with the factory expanding its assortment to include over thirty varieties. Substantial investments were made to upgrade facilities, introduce cutting-edge technologies, establish vineyards, and recruit specialists with international expertise."

 

Founded in 1951 along the banks of the Aghstev River in Ijevan, Tavush, the Ijevan wine-brandy factory produces a diverse range of high-quality products, including cognacs, grape and fruit wines, sparkling wine, vodkas, juices, and preserves. Its renowned wines such as "Narekatsi," "Mkhitar Gosh," "Sargon," "Sapor," "Ijevan Red," "Ijevan White," "Areni," and "Ijevan Selective" adorn tables and collections across Russia, the USA, the Baltic States, Europe, and China.
