Newmag Publishing presented Gor Karapetyan’s guide LinkedIn 101 on the Good Morning program of Armenia TV.
The book challenges the widespread stereotype that LinkedIn is a platform exclusively for business representatives. Instead, it demonstrates that LinkedIn can serve as an effective professional tool for people of all professions and fields.
During the broadcast, the author emphasized this idea:
“In fact, LinkedIn is for everyone, on this platform everyone can present their professional activities, receive new job offers, and meet new people. I have given two extreme examples in the book: in one case, they sell sheep on Armenian LinkedIn, in the other case, rubber.”
Karapetyan dedicated “LinkedIn 101” to his friend, Emil Kroyan, co-founder of Targeting Company.
“This is my third book. I always choose one that symbolizes the philosophy of that book. I dedicated my first book to my parents, my second book to my wife, and my third book to my friend, with whom we have created companies, we organize various events, and he is also one of the best examples of effectively using LinkedIn connections.”
Emil Kroyan noted that the manual reflects their shared professional journey:
