Vladimir Karapetyan, also known as Vova Armyan, was a prominent
figure in the entrepreneurial field in Russia. His life and activities

The book introduces Vova Armyan, revealing the history of his
family in Artsakh and his relationship with his wife, Rita, all set against the
backdrop of major global historical and political events. These include the
reconstruction period, the Spitak earthquake, the collapse of the USSR, the

In the 1980s, Vova Karapetyan moved to the city of Taliati.
After illegally selling car tickets, he was imprisoned for six years. During
his incarceration, he became acquainted with criminal authorities. Vova Armyan
was killed at the age of 42, but legends continue to surround his name.

been presented by his daughter Amalya Karapetyan, with Ruben Ishkhanyan as the
