Judy Moody was in a bad mood, a terrible one. She had to get used to her new desk and her new classroom. There would be no armadillo stickers on that desk, no Roger the hog. And, of course, she was lucky enough to be seated in the front row, from where Mr. Todd would always see her sending a couplet to her best friend, Rocky.
Judy, who dreams of becoming a doctor, has a younger brother who can be "medically tested," a new, very interesting pet, and a huge collection of adhesive tapes. Judy is a confident, bold, and opinionated girl. And when Mr. Todd assigns her a special project, she finally gets a chance to show off her strengths. Megan MacDonald's humorous book is a fun and engaging read for children, especially those who are a little "shy."
The book is for children aged 9-12.
