10/01/2024

This new novel from the bestselling author of "The Happy People Read and Drink Coffee" has been translated into Armenian by Newmag.
"Happiness
Hanging by a Thread" features a clear and insightful narrative that
has captivated readers from various countries worldwide.
The 31-year-old heroine, Iris, has a boring job, an indifferent
husband, and a monotonous life in a provincial town, but she also has a big
dream. She changes her fate, life, and career by quitting her dull job at the
bank to become a famous clothing designer.
In this work, the author continues to explore human emotions and
feelings, touching the most delicate strings of the reader's heart.
“I write what’s inside me. I publish a new novel every year, and
each time I delve deeper into human psychology's complexities, I discover
something new. This helps me better understand the nature of human beings and
myself. I believe this is what attracts readers. I am very happy that "Happiness
Hanging by a Thread" has also been translated into Armenian,” says
Agnès Martin-Lugand.
With a delicate and sensitive plot, impressive dialogues, and
themes of France, Parisian fashion, professional passion, desires, and true
happiness, the novel offers a rich reading experience.
Hasmik
Arakelyan is the translator of "Happiness Hanging by a Thread" and
has also translated the other bestseller "The Happy People Read and Drink
Coffee" by Agnès Martin-Lugand. The presentation of the novel will take
place at FrancoFest on October 12 at 15:00, in Hall 1 of the Congress Hotel.
Entrance is free, and the book will be sold at a discount during the festival.
